On the basis of skeletal frame and body composition the human body can be classified into three major types: mainly ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph.
- Ectomorph: Long and lean, with very less body fat, and muscles. Have a hard time gaining weight.
- Mesomorph: Not overweight and not underweight, have won the genetic lottery by having a naturally muscular build and less of a tendency to store fat and they can eat what they want without worrying too much about it.
- Endomorph: Lots of body fat, lots of muscle, and gain weight easily. They're heavier and rounder individuals ,and don't necessarily have to be overweight.

I had taken 2 membership in January 24 and my friend came to the gym only for 7 days and now after 8 months in August i had asked the management to transfer the membership to my other friend and take transfer charges. They took 1 week to reply and said we can’t do it as you have signed the form while taking the membership etc. So since i gave 1 star to the gym, management decided to tell the trainer not to help me with the workout and if i need help i should take PT from them. Managers are not at all customer centric they just want to make money and doesn’t care about the members. Just because there are no competitors to this gym they are doing whatever they like. Trainers are very good Kiran & Ganesh sir are very knowledgeable and helping Equipments are also good Management needs to work on the way they are treating the members.
